S.T.O.R.M. Search and Rescue is a National Response Disaster Relief CERT Team. S.T.O.R.M. provides disaster relief services to the poorest parts of the hardest hit communities.  Rural and urban low income communities often get overlooked and forgotten following a major disaster.  That is where S.T.O.R.M. is focused and aiming to serve.

Our S.T.O.R.M. motto "Num Custos Fratris"  means Our Brothers Keeper.  We strive to empower our brothers and sisters within each community we serve by teaching them and providing them CERT Training. Our organization is based off the power of local volunteers, those willing to serve and our faith in God.
